SMASH dry-hopped Imperial IPA brewed with Pale ale malt, Citra hop and a US yeast. The citra hops provide pure and persistant citrus notes while the US yeast provides low ester level giving more expression to the hops.

La Sour de l'Empereur rend "hommage" à une des plus anciennes recettes que nous brassons encore.
Théorème de l'empereur est née en 2015 (le théorème de Li Chunfeng à l'époque). Elle est très vite devenue une de vos favorites et s'est naturellement inscrite dans notre gamme fixe.
Nous l'aimons toujours autant mais nous souhaitions lui apporter un petit twist, c'est ainsi qu'est née l'idée de brasser une "Sour Théorème", acidifiée comme notre Holy Mountain. La recette reste inchangée en terme de maltage, houblonnage et de thé, mais la bière est fermentée avec une autre souche de levure et des bactéries lactiques. Le meilleur des deux mondes dans une seule bière en somme. Read Less
