LCI from last night. A kind gift from a mate at Bootcamp, whose mate has started brewing professionally. Good labeling. On here as 4% odd but bottle says 6.2%. Banana dominant, reminds me more of a Hefeweizen than Saison.

Floral nose. Golden. Sweet mango swiftly followed by massive sharpness. Then sweet again with peppery warmth coming through on the finish. I didn't like this initially but it's settled down as it's gone flat.

Golden base plus cherries gives a lovely pale pink. Cherries evident on the nose. Nicely tart. Light. Delicate cherry finish - not overpowering at all.

Street drinking has not improved this - it was much better at room temperature than outdoor temp. Warm the balance of coffee and vanilla works well. Cold it's a bit harsh. Where is Bourbon? There's a bit of fruit to it. Warm it's a 3.75. cold it gets less

It certainly wrecked the street furniture. Explosive. Not really getting much coconut or liquorice. Nicely balanced. And I love the way the bubbles look like dinosaur scales.

Sweet malty caramel nose - almost like it's stopped at the mash stage. Tawny. Murky. Quite thick. Caramel. Figs. Barely any tartness. Wholesome. Delicious.

Can't believe I haven't seen this before. Is amazing. Cherries aren't too over the top. Burgundy comes through nicely. It feels like there's a bit of vanilla softening it. Beautiful.

Peanut butter nose. Odd purple colour. Thick. Not really very sour. Blueberries with peanut butter finish. pleasant.

Red berries on the nose. Deep, ruby red. Tart cherries with some soft berries behind. Tannins. Slightly drying finish.
