Voor een pastry stout helemaal niet slecht. Natuurlijk heel zoet, maar niet marshmallow achtig en ertegenover staan mooie nodige tonen en een licht bitter. Met iets meer bitter was de balans nog beter geweest denk ik. Als basis voor een peated BA!?!
