Haven't done a Monday nightcap in a while.But my 2 favorite producers of sours are Russian River and Cascade.This is funk/ chardonnay/ lemon/grapefruit/vanilla/oak.Highly sour, especially in the finish. Wheat and wildflower honey. Good carbonation.
