About 6 months old, and it’s terrible. Just a mess of hazy yeast and a murky mash of hops and malts. A great representation of why breweries shouldn’t just label a mess of what I guess is a NEIPA, as just an IPA. Maybe this was good fresh? I doubt it.

Deliciously funky with a bit of herbal flavors. Dry and clean in the middle. The dry hops add a nice layer. A light cracker malt lets them shine with the wild yeast characteristics.

I much prefer this over Pumpking. The roasted malts definitely provide some balance to the sweetness and spices that Pumpking lacks.
