Complex. Dry, slightly floral. I suspected pineapple- a win in any Beer in which it presents itself- but commend the inclusion of grapefruit. It has an almost garden-fresh quality with a perfectly clear, crisp body. Love beers like this.

There's an aftertaste which, at best, is a German level of bitterness, and at worst, is a chemical or metallic tang. Bubblegum was used as a description, but honestly, it's more reminiscent of how bubblegum tastes after an hour of chewing it.
