Delicious pastry sour that is (I appreciate) more sour than pastry 🙂. Thick fruit bomb with pleasing lactose notes while cinnamon is super subtle…. doesn’t try to be too bizarre or shrivel your tongue , just damn good.

2nd time I’ve tried this excellent sour. A bit more lemon zest than i recall but may just be my palate after a triple berry pie pastry sour just before. I like the tartness and at 9% It should carry an extra warning label 🙂
