Wes Mac is drinking a Cockleroi by Strangers Brewing Co at The Bon Accord
From my wife's homeland - John Lithgow. Had this in can many a time, but a first on cask. Not quite as intense as the tinnies, but still get that same woody, brown bread taste. I'm biased, but I really like this beer.

Wes Mac is drinking an Otter Amber by Otter Brewery at The Hengler's Circus (Wetherspoon)
Yank hops alert. Can taste that tropical fruit a mile off. I got tricked by the trad-looking marketng. That said, they're used sparingly, and it's actually a well put together beer. Fruity, rich, biscuity, deep. Only a hint of that supersweet US amber.

Wes Mac is drinking a Blood Hound by Greene King at The Crystal Palace
Good for Greene King. No real chocolate taste per se, but I guess the blood orange is there a bit. Definitely a spiky, off-kilter stout. Got a certain chalkiness to it, but not in a bad way. Definitely a Halloween beer.

Wes Mac is drinking a Sapphire Spoon by Titanic Brewery at The Crystal Palace
My first ever taste of a Titanic brew and gotta say - it's underwhelming. Got a Doom Bar vibe of not much going on. Faint hits of herbal hops and biscuity malt, but I'm not really impressed.

My 10/10 beer on cask. Had to get trolleyed on this when I saw it. Considerably smoother/softer and less sweet than from the bottle. Subtler, with less of a tang. Amazing conditioning. Never overpowering. Could drink this every day, but I'd be dead.
