BAM! That’s one of the most puckering Berliner Weisse’s I’ve had in a long time. SUPA sour, tart & dry. Thankfully there’s a blush of back palate strawberry/peach sweetness (that complements the soft Juniper berry gin barrel undertones) - delish!
