Pale amber and clear w/ rapidly dissipating head. My nose mostly creates associations: brown sugar, allspice, clove, low butter. Lightly grainy wheat malt develops into low sweetness and spices. Refreshing and autumnal, like a mellower pumpkin ale.

Brilliant clarity and even, foamy head w/ med retention. Bready, lightly sweet pils malt aroma w/ lemon oil and low apple. Med light in body, with some minor sweetness peeking through the crisp, springy, med low bitter hops. Almost like a hoppy cream ale.

I think the snowfall started just as I opened this can. Nose is complex chocolate, even from a distance: cocoa powder, tootsie roll, low dark/baker’s; boozy fruit jams lie underneath. Rich and velveteen. Pair with fresh raspberries in fresh cream.

Getting to this late, but it’s still great. Clear and dark orange with excellent head retention. Nose is ripe apple, ripe peach, gummy candies, and fresh-cut wood. Assertive and harmoniously balanced hops; bitter. This type of IPA generally hits for me.
Gold and clear w/ low, white head. Nose: biscuit and toast, low caramel, grassy and cedar-y hops, balsa wood, and low powdered peanut butter. Hop aromas probably shone more when I first bought/tried this. Still highly drinkable and great with any food.
