Todd is drinking a Pattinson Porter by Jester King Brewery on Untappd

I wondered what this would be like with a year of bottle conditioning of the Brett. Bitter roast and malt with a slight lactic sour bite but pretty dry finish. It’s improved but still a bit weird. Another year or twi and this could be a great dry sour.
