There is simply nothing wrong with this scotch ale. Aroma of maple and caramel butter, body that eases on the back of the palette, sweetness and darkness that do not overpower. I can't wait to sip this all season. Beautiful brew.

I love this cider. It's flavorful, the ginger is not lost in the brew, and fresh. Blueberry creates a solid foundation of fresh fruit with slight tart notes that lead into an earthy ginger back note. I could drink this all day.

This was beautifully balanced between prickly spice and syrupy sweet mango. Even the texture of this cider was less watery and a bit thick on the palette. Heat creeps in after you taste it, so the front end is fresh sweet candied mango. Hint of smoke too!

Sweet and spices come through on the back end. Cardamom and cinnamon add sweetness to a rich pumpkin flavor. Still tart with background of apple. A great treat! I'd drink this with pumpkin pie 🥧

It's fresh and inviting. It has body from bitter orange peel and syrupy mango without feeling syrupy. Apple plays a background but constant note in this symphony of flavor. I love how guava floats across the palette and dominates the aromatics.
