Can’t believe this is made with water from their grandpa Edward’s well! Honestly, that is so sick. This is just a damn good pale ale—I really like how it is unfiltered and juicy but not sacrificing hop quality.

Straight up 5 stars and I mean that shit 😤 It is not easy to do a coffee blonde IMO and Raíces nailed it. It’s crisp, the coffee notes are aromatic and the opposite of artificial. Cereal. Espresso. Fluffy. Dark chocolate. Fruity. Wheat.

This was my first time having Pliny the Younger! I was super excited to try it, and was not disappointed. Immediately upon tasting the beer, I noticed how fresh and aromatic it was. Quality hops, albeit juicer ones than expected! Hoppy AF and floral too!
