Passion fruit and guava purée stirred through crene anglaise, sweet nose. Apricot skins add a hint of bitterness to the smooth custard. This is tangy, dry mouthfeel, simple but really pretty.

Cheap red wine, vanilla and earthy blueberries. Body has prettier berry notes with a sour vinegar tang. Acidic with fruit skin tannins that add a leathery note. A cola cube adds a sweet twist.
