It has some tropical fruit and grassy aromas, maybe with some green mango hints? Soft on the palate, and the flavours do follow from the aromas. But sadly it doesn’t “pop” like some previous Electric cans.

The nose is surprisingly dusty and a little subdued. On the palate, lots of fresh orange wedges, mandarins and an aftertaste of grapefruit pith. But less “sparklingly amazing” than expected.

It’s a proper West Coast IPA. The colour looks deceptively “strong”; this is not a DIPA. Assertively bitter and resinous, but but pleasant and the body carries it well without being scratchy or harsh. Good head retention. But clearly I’m a hazy-softy now!
This tastes nothing like broccoli! Which is a good thing, I guess ;-) Sweet, fruity like persimmons, but not overly so, and it doesn’t become overbearing. Soft hops, and the aftertaste is predominantly fruity.
Aromas of smooshed, overripe papaya and mango dominate. The flavour is similar, but with a hint of citrus that provides “lightness”. I guess maybe I’m not a massive fan of these hops, but now I know…
