I like coconut but that was a bit much. Decent enough stout just not sure about the balance of flavour. Quite dry and bitter by the end.

A beer that worked well on cask. Soft and mellow for a Westie. Plenty of grapefruit. Not much bitterness.

Megaterps a bit of a standout for me. Put that apricot flavour at the front. Some gooseberry in the background but definitely secondary.

Lovely deep crimson in colour. Funky aroma, sweet and spicy. Malty, caramel and biscuity. As it warmed I noticed the all spice in the background and reminded me of barleywine territory. Interesting and glad I tried it.
