This is a blueberry candy, kind of nose. The flavor is very blueberry pie like but it has a nice toasted malt kind of feel to it. I think the toasted rice really works. This is just yummy. 4.4

Wonderful, candied, citrus, and stone fruit on the nose. Can you have a candied vegetable feel? I swear I get the fruitiness, but I also get a distinct tent of celery and other possibly pickled vegetables. This is really good though.

Zesty floral fruit, and a yeasty feel to the nose. Crisp with dry fruit notes on the tongue. Backbone of herbal yeasty flavors bring up the finish.

Second rooted sour I’m sharing with my wonderful wife tonight. She really likes them to. Like a blend of a raspberry hard candy and a raspberry sour gummy. This has a nice consistent tart feel. Solid. 4.3
