Unpleasantly bitter in a way that the (otherwise pleasant) fruity backbone of this beer can’t balance out. Not an IPA person so unfair of me to rate this but thems the breaks
10 years old and drinking absolutely superb. Some oxidative soy sauce notes but the hops do their job to both preserve and flavor the beer. Fine bubbles. Gentle brett. Fruity, estery, vinous, just fantastic to the face for the superbowl
