Thick rocky head, cloudy ruby straw. Preface: I’m into g&t’s. Immediate notes of juniper berries, sour. Bitter profile: rounded, herbal, slight evergreen/pine - perfectly invokes the taste of quinine - incredible. Light woody body. I… really recommend.
