Opaque, cloudy cider in appearance. It's my first IPA with thiolized yeast - incredible tropical fruit punch on the nose is balanced with a pleasing amount of acidity. Heavy dry-hopping give an astringent finish, though body is still light. Really good.

Cloudy grapefruit ruby. Citrus and stonefruit acidity cut with stonefruit bitterness underscored by a lingering, rounded, yet punchy bitterness, giving the general impression of semi-ripe grapefruit. Great on a evening at the local fair!

Medium oak, fine head. Body of caramel malt and rye bread - rather light/shallow - more reminiscent of malt candy than toasty, caramel notes. A light, tropical fruit hop profile that blends in remarkable well, and contributes to the beer's "lightness".

Straw gold, nearly crystal clear. A deep, biscuitty malt body without dark, caramel, not roast notes give a peculiarly light body to this 7% blonde ale. Hops profile is citrus zest, light but intense. A very easy drink, but still flavorful - sugoi.

Wow, this is straight up sansho pepper in aroma, body, mouthfeel, finish. It's a type of peppercorn that's green and has a taste that's a cross between sichuan peppers with the numbing-tingling mouthfeel, and citrus peel. Whew...
