  • Daniel K: background. Bitterness is high to assertive. Sweetness from malts is low. Body is medium light to medium. Carbonation is normal.

  • Daniel K: Finish is very crisp and mineraly, there’s a nice carbonic bite and hop bitterness is accentuated by Epsom salts. Tropical flavors fade
