Pours magnificent ruby red with a pink head of foam that somewhat remains. Earthy and leather like and barnyard/horse blanket like aromas on the nose. Sour red grape rich in dark berries and fruit leading with tangy medium to low sourness in the back.

Daniel K: Sweetness and malt flavors are low to none. Bitterness and hop flavor are low to none. Body is medium with gentle silky like small bubble low carbonation. Oak cask derived astringency is medium low. Balance is achieved with tangy yogurt like sourness.
