    Daniel K: cake with layered graham cracker, brown sugar, molasses and dark fruit like like sweetness in the background. Bitterness from hops is high, with roast and alcohol in the balance of the residual sweetness. Sweetness from malts is high to very high.

    Daniel K: Body is full and oily, but slick with the barrel. Carbonation is low. Finish is very warm with bourbon-esque boozy vanilla, rich dark malt and toasty coffee and dark chocolate. Each sip takes your breath away.
