  • Daniel K: Biscuit and cake crust like malt with caramel notes in the background. Medium high bitterness and hop flavor. Medium sweetness from malt and malt flavor. Body is medium and pleasantly astringent with hop polyphenols. Carbonation is medium low.

  • Daniel K: Finish is medium dry with bright orange peel like bitterness which lingers on a palate. A pleasant pale ale with most likely a big chunk of British base malt in the grist. The hop heads would approve.
