Dry with boozy vanilla on the immediate taste but then a nuttiness finds its way into my palette at the end. Everything except the oak that I would want in a barrel aged porter.

Pinot Noir barrel aged. Wish the color was a little more appropriate, but definitely taste the influence of the barrel. The smell is there too. The peppery plays well with the currant effect, makes it interesting as a food pairing. Banana though?

Wow, super good! IPA on the 10th level, has everything smell, hoppy, juicy, color, balance, floral. Gotta be the simcoe hops playing the dancing apricot in my mouth.

Smells floral quite a bit for a pale. Drying but with lots of IBU I would imagine for a pale. Citrus, herbal and just a bit spice. Is what I remember IPA were PS. PS is biblical reference to greatness of beer and means how IPA beer was Pre-Stone
Solid selection. One of the better IPA mass produced in this area.
