This is a proper, Boulevard Smockstack style beer. Reminds me of the original brews they used to put in the bomber format bottles 20 years ago. Big, robust, conplex, warms nicely. Notes of chocolate and vanilla. Thick.

This one is good. Just a hint of tartness, almost like a foeder. The barrel aged notes come through nicely. Rather complex in flavours and notes. Not much in the way of floral, but still really good.
