A surprising orange zest juiciness followed by a much more traditional English pale ale base. Doesn’t work that well. This place uses sparklers on their cask, but the condition of the pints are so bad you wouldn’t even notice!

I love Strata, and this is definitely Strata. Would benefit from a hop that adds some bitterness. Maybe some Mosaic or Citra to complement the Strata. It’s a little sweet and cloying without.
