Thick, vanilla, barrel / wood notes and apparently a lot of vanilla + stout + bourbon barrels equals a lot of chocolate. Flavor has a lot of vanilla and chocolate, slight hint of that stout roasty / toasty. All in all a really good barrel aged stout.
