A very solid IPA with a strong back and body. Pleasant ripe fruit, almost like dark apricot. Nicely hoppy but not over the top, especially with the sediment mixed in. Kinda like the pith of a grapefruit.

Something so familiar with this, reminds me of Sahti in a good way. Nice sweet roundness with a kick of spiciness to balance it out.
