赤褐色、キメ細やかな泡、ドライフルーツのような甘味、少しカラメル香、主体は甘味だが、その甘味は残らずスッと退くので、後味はサッパリしている。苦味はほのかに感じるか感じないかくらい。若干の樽香あり。
