It's amazing the flavors were getting from his these days. Peach and melon, but the aroma is almost cotton candy! Really nice malt bill to support, with a finish bitterness to balance everything.

Mild hop aroma. Lacey, white head that dissipates quickly. Low to no hop aroma. Moderate hop bitterness, with no distinguishing hop flavor. An odd oxidized flavor in the finish.

I'm not sure which bock this is supposed to be. At only 4.4% it's very light on alcohol. The color is also a little light. Reminds me of a Märzen, but has low to no hop presence in any form.
