Rory Supka is drinking a Dry-Hopped Wheat by Free Assembly Brewing
An unusual but pleasant combination. More wheat than hop, which is probably the best way to do it to not overpower the subtlety. It’s refreshing, smooth, comforting, slightly bitter and has a nice mouthfeel. Casual but also a little unique.

Really rich, dark flavour, nice smooth thick texture. It’s got bits of coffee bitterness and vanilla sweetness, but appropriately subtle. There’s also a hint of dark fruits and spice, again very subtle but adds to the whole picture. Bold, but comforting.

Excellent, refreshing, punch passion fruit flavour. Not too strong alcohol-wise. Bit hazy, bit fizzy. Enough flavour, but light enough to be suitable for many situations.

Lovely soft floral and fruity aroma, refreshing subtle tropical fruit taste with a nice toasty, slightly bitter, slightly sweet background. Slightly hazy, not too fizzy and an approachable low percentage for relaxed drinking with plenty of flavour.

This is really nice. Not overpowered at all, it melds together well. Tart, juicy, wheaty, malty, smooth. Hasn’t lost the pale ale background. Raspberry flavour is balanced just right and the oat gives nice smoothness. Just right amount of fizz too.
