Whey Stout label

Impressive, a great stout with a nice tart pear aroma. Great body, really creamy and has a mouthfeel akin to what others need via nitro. Very roasty, the aftertaste is a tad bitter. Milk stout produced with whey from their own cheesery! Nice work, Bruny

  • Thom S: Joe B. Rather than buy lactose for the beer they make use of their own cows milk whey left over from making Raw Milk C2 from their cheesery.
