Nicely done...not overly hoppy, but still enough to know that it's there, plus great body means this pairs well with chicken thighs & rice.

Jim Keepfer: Centennial was a favorite of mine for a bit, but tastes evolve, now it barely makes the top 10 IPA list, still deserves better than 3.5 tho.
