Une sour mangue plutôt bien faite. Sans avoir trop corps, la texture est fluide. L’aromatique est sincère est simple on est sur une sour et pas une pastry donc un truc bien pintable et pas trop acide. Bref très cool.

Une pastry gose cassis citron fraise. Y a des vrais reflets yaourt à boire yop fraise mais avec une pointe acidulée venue du citron et cassis. C’est un vrai petit régal équilibré entre dessert et boisson d’été.
