Nathan is drinking a Staghorn by After Harvest Cider Company on Untappd

Rose colored pour. High effervescence. Nose has hints of the sumac. Herbal notes are heavy up front in a pleasant way. Almost makes it savory. Dry but balanced. Very interesting and tasty. Minerality is really nice.
