Smells boozy. Lots of bourbon and vanilla. Starts with a burn - and then the stout kicks it up a notch. Maple syrup, chocolate, oak and a lot of bourbon. Aging does not seem to have mellowed this beer.

Strong molasses and caramel on the nose. Starts with lots of booze and molasses. Some malt, candy and dark fruit. Rich syrup finish.

Light funky nose. Definitely a couple years past prime. Mildly sour, with a hint of fruit. The finish has some funk.
