Reading the list of spices and the name, no doubt this is what Tristan was going for, but I can’t help but be a little overwhelmed by the spice. Amburana is so expressive on its own, I’d love to try what it was before any adjuncting.

Orange and bitters are both a gamble in a stout, but by leaning into the chocolate orange this ends up being my favorite Temporal beer to date.
