Dark, smooth, balanced strength and a burnt toffee mouthfeel with bitterness lurking in the upper palate. Develops to thick hot chocolate. Proper Job! Is there nothing that the Leigh-on-Sea brewery cannot do?? If they barrel aged this it would be divine!!
