'25 edition. Still has that perfect blend of special cinnamon, pepper heat, and chocolate sweetness that I like so much. Only medium lingering heat in finish. Light barrel and full body compliment rather than get in the way. Excellent example of the style

Unfortunately the swing top on this bottle didn't seal all the way so there's little carbonation but all the flavors are there. Rich grainy malt followed by pitch-perfect yeast esters. Medium body with a lingering finish. Great example of the style

Short lived foam, malty aroma. Not nearly as much yeast character as the dubbel but also is lacking in carbonation. No heat but also missing a lot of character of the style
