This is one of the most unexpected, fascinating flavor profiles of any beer I’ve ever had. It’s a farmhouse... but tastes like a Berlinerweisse and a rauchbier had a weekend fling. Tart & bright, but smoky & peppery. Mezcal barreling really comes through.
