Très bonne, un bon pastry impérial stout, mais je trouve qu'en bouche on sent avant tout un bon café sucré qui manque de nuance (à part peut-être des notes chocolat ?). Très bon, équilibré, mais manque d'une originalité pour l'effet "Waouh"
