A touch of bitterness, but it pairs amazing with the soup... it would go up to 4.7 as a pairing!! Sweet funk with a lot of flavor balanced the bitter.

Kinda pilsnery? Kinda strong, but yet easy drinking. I like the taste. No food pairing, just mommy beer. As always, events at Bert"s beer dinners are always great and Chef Andrew is great!
