First off, great beer with lots of chocolate and coffee notes. Not a huge fan of the barrel though as it gives of a bit too much woody acidity in my opinion.

Thick and sweet which makes for a nice body. Notes of dried dark fruits, brown sugar, spices and slight tobacco. I somehow get associations to Fernet-Branca which isn’t bad.
