Matthew Blam is drinking a La Beer by Zilker Brewing Company
Crisp and refreshing! This dedicated brew to LA Barbeque couldn't be a better fit! Light bubbling hop body with a floral malt character on the backend. The German hops used to recreate a lager type brew utilize corn to push it that extra step. Lovely!

Lovely little German based scwartzbier from Zilker! Light body, dark complexion with a nice subtle sweet side. This brew deserves praise for its nutmeg, almost amber ale resemblance without soaking the drinking in booze or malt. Very enjoyable!

A hefty hitter from PHP! Double IPA with a slurry background. Notes of fruit flavors play off nicely with the hoppy side to this brew. A bit too boozy after several months of sitting.

A winter warmer for this February blizzard! Right in time for this freak temperature, this brew capitulates the traditional Oatmeal stout. Coffee notes balance with the Oatmeal background, yet there's a smoky bitterness that tarnishes the overall taste.
Sweet berry jam! A crazy concoction filled to the brim with fruit flavors and Citra hops. Its similar to other kettle sours Zilker has done previously, however this has a distinct jam taste. Thick and juicy, this sour manages its alcohol content well.
