Trending towards diacetyl-bomb. It dominates the flavor and aroma. Underneath though I can sense a recipe with potential: notes of orange blossom honey cracker. The rather soft water profile and bitterness make this more of a Helles than a Pils

This is what comes to mind when you think of an updated take on the classic Sierra Nevada Pale. Smooth and grainy malt profile with a hint of light caramel. Hops flavor is gooseberry, pine, and sweet citrus. Aroma is malty and berry/citrus. Fantastic
