100% Wheat Pale Ale W/ Hallertau (Mittelfrüher + Tradition), Tettnanger & Simcoe

Tastes a bit sharp, but I’m pleasantly surprised. Thought 💯 wheat would be much sweeter and fruitier, but zero barley and the hops blend works here.
