Doesn’t look as red as expected, more medium brown, and initial taste is a little more thin and sour than you might expect…but the vinegary Flanders notes kick in and then it becomes much sweeter and smoother than you expect, chocolate and vanilla.

I think this is good, just not the flavour profile for me. The bright mandarin-y citrus with the acidic limey note somehow combined to remind me of detergent or like, toilet spray. I guess you could say the flavours are too clean.
