Can clearly taste the cocoa nibs, vanilla, lactose, and coffee in thick bodied barrel aged stout. Astringency in form of bakers chocolate and bourbon, and high alcohol defer some of the enjoyment. Raw chocolate chip cookie dough & whiskey cloying.
