Cuir (2011)

With age the bourbon drops out, and the molasses gets intense. Bozzy smell ,not in the flavor. Lot's of vanilla and toffee and Carmel but you can't ignore that molasses. Wish I drank a couple years ago. Drink now before the other flavors disappear.
